NorthShore Physical Therapy is a comprehensive, highly effective outpatient clinic which focuses on each individual patient’s functional needs. We work closely with physicians developing each individual patients specific care plan. We take pride in the fact that we provide one-to-one care with each patient for the duration of his/her treatment, successfully achieving continuity of care. We have two full-time physical therapists and do not overlap appointment times, allowing each patient the attention needed for success.
